CFHBJO: An organisation serving professionals throughout the world



The "CFHBJO" or French Watch, Clock, Jewellery and Silverware Center brings together all the French Manufacturers in these four sectors. On their behalf it undertakes different types of collective action aimed at both promoting French goods on foreign markets and supporting companies wishing to enter these markets:

- Events abroad

The CFHBJO co-ordinates the regular participation of French manufacturers at the main international specialised trade fairs (Basel, Munich, Las Vegas, Hong Kong, Tokyo…) or at certain specific events organised by the French Authorities in some countries.

It also organises specific missions with exhibition days held in hotels in the capital and/or in one of the largest cities in the chosen country (Japan).

In total, around fifteen events are held annually, involving almost 250 participants.

- Information for foreign professionals

Advertising campaigns in the specialised press and the circulation of collective documents or catalogues to the professionals themselves are carried out on a regular basis, in conjunction with interested French manufacturers, particularly on the occasion of events organised in certain countries overseas.

Foreign operators are also kept informed of the life, developments and latest creations in the French watch, clock and jewellery industry by way of their trade magazines, to which information bulletins are sent out regularly.
